Jeg interesserer mig for slægtens og dens meritter, derfor vil mine indlæg være en bred vifte af små historier som jeg og mine søstre kan huske.

Udover historier fra barndomdhjemmet i Nyrup er der mange interessante historier fra Marias familie. Marias morfar Emry Kølster har efterladt sig adskillige historier i sine Erindinger.

Billedet illustrerer husmandhjemmet i Nyrups overgang fra ældre til nyere tid. Neg høstet med selvbinder køres ind med traktor- far sidder på traktoren, han syntes nu bedst om heste.

I am interested in my ancestors and their merits, therefore my short stories are about what I and my sisters remember, however, my first stories will be in Danish.

In addition to stories from my childhood in Nyrup, there are many interesting stories from Maria’s family. Maria’s grandfather Emry Kølster has left several stories in his memorial.

I support my wife’s running races and document things observed. Traveling around Denmark, I honor the fallen allied airmen buried here during the last part of WWII.

The picture illustrates my childhood’s small farm in the transition from older to more recent times. The harvested corn standing on the field for drying is now being collected with my father sitting on the tractor; however, he still liked the horses best.
